· Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM functionality · Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM and build extensions for them. · Analyze issues and provide appropriate solution. · Analyze, and Implement changes by Setting up System configurations in coordination with other team members · Advise users on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems · Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions · Preparing Testing scenarios for Extensions and Customizations on Oracle HCM. · Lead migration of extensions and Customizations to Production environment. · Conduct Training sessions for the end users of the system. · Design, develop, test and implement Customizations and Extensions in on Oracle HCM. · Development of User Hooks for Self-Services.
