Assist in planning and organizing programs activities as well as assisting in carrying out the operational duties.
• Assist in planning of all programs and their activities. • Support day-to-day program operational duties. • Provides administrative and logistical support for projects initiatives, and programs. • Assists assigned managers and team members by maintaining calendars, receiving and composing communications as correspondence, and replies to inquiries. • Maintain the agenda of program's meetings/events. • Collaborate in resources orders, like equipment and software if needed. • Support quality controls to ensure program deliverables meet requirements. • Report on program performance.
