To be as the first point of contact for GR queries internal documentation from employees and external partners.

المتطلبات

• Execute all governmental permits Issuing. • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance. • Conduct the activities of inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. • Handle facilities services, maintenance activities (e.g., electricians). • Manage office activities (recycling, renovations etc.). • Organize and maintain documents and archives. • Update internal databases with new hire information. • Create and distribute guidelines and handbook documents about company policies. • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event). • Publish and remove job ads.
